What is an audit?
We will review the front end and back end of your website to make sure you're following best practices. We'll compile a 90+ page report on what you're doing right on your website & what you need to fix or improve. We'll create a list of action items, in order of priority, for you to work through over time (probably months of work!)
What is your refund policy?
If, after the introductory call, we decide an audit is not the right fit for you, you will be refunded your full deposit amount. However, all fees are non-refundable once the audit has begun.
Can I email you for help if I'm stuck?
3 months of email support is included in the audit package. Feel free to email us if you are confused about any of the recommendations.
Do I have to be on WordPress to get an audit?
No. However, if you're on a different platform (like Squarespace or Wix) you will NOT be able to access the backend of your site to improve your site speed (which is a ranking factor for Google). You will still be able to make plenty of other improvements, like targeting keywords, formatting your posts correctly, getting backlinks, etc.
Can I hire you to make the fixes for me?
If you need assistance with some of the technical aspects, I recommend signing up for one of our monthly website support plans. We can complete any tasks for you that take less than 30 minutes. For larger projects, you can outsource the work to a VA or set aside one day per week to work on SEO. It will be worth it – promise!
What is the process like?
- Use the “Book Now” button to place your $1250 deposit and book a 20 minute introductory call (held via Zoom).
- After the call, you'll receive a quote for the project and sign a contract. Then we'll get started on your audit.
- Turn around time for the audit is currently 6-8 weeks.
- When the audit is done, you will receive an email to book your 2 hour call to review. The remaining balance is due at this time.
- Once paid, you will receive the audit results via email, which we will review together during our call.
