Payments
You will be billed for Services through our appointment scheduling software, Acuity, which is connected to our payment processor, Stripe.
If you pay a deposit to book a website audit introductory call and during the call we conclude that an audit is not the right fit for you, we will refund you the entire booking deposit fee. However, all fees are nonrefundable once work on the audit has begun.

By purchasing a Service, you agree to receive electronic communication from us at the email address provided upon purchase.

In addition to these requirements, you agree to follow the group’s guidelines, posted in the Facebook group. We reserve the right to remove, delete, block, or ban anyone who posts abusive, defamatory, or prejudiced comments or content, without notice. Please be respectful of the group’s no-promo policy as well.
